Do you work at Michelin North America, Inc.? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

These guys do not hire if you have any kind of assault charge. I have a 7 year old misdemeanor simple assault charge and they won't hire me.

Despite the fact that I passed all of their tests.
