Does microsoft require a pre-employment physical exam?

What things are they looking for?

What type of Drug testing do they use? Urine, Blood, Sweat or Hair?

Do they test for terminal illness?

This is the Seattle area we're talking about here. They wouldn't be able to hire anybody if they did drug tests lol.
