Recent college grad in bachelor of science in engineering: $62K in the West (probably higher at HQ near Boston). 401A, 403B retirement with great matching. Flextime: laid back about core hours, as long as work gets done. Good health, dental, vision. Long/short term disability. Basic life insurance included (1x salary), plus $250K if death occurs during biz travel. Standard holidays. Excellent vacation for the first 5 years = 3.54hrs accrued per week (increases to over 4hrs/wk after 5 yrs). Every employee receives company laptop. Must submit final timecard each week, so extra hours worked cannot carryover from the previous or into the next week, unlike some companies that require bi-weekly timecards.
