What's the company culture at MITRE?

Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at MITRE?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at MITRE?

it is pretty much business casual. You really won't find anyone wearing a suit, nor will you find too many people wearing jeans if at all. The attire consists of a button down shirt or sweater along with slacks or some time of khaki pant. As for the Friday get together I am not too certain. I forgot to ask about that, but could find that out considering the fact that they encouraged me to email them after the fact if I had any additional questions. Hope this helps. :)
