I currently work for Mohela. It's pretty easy to apply: go to Mohela.com, upload your resume and wait for the call. There is some stress with the job, but it's just like with any other call center: your calls are all tracked, your break time is monitored, and there are supervisors there to help you work through issues you're having. It's a non-profit with a growing base, so if you are into overtime and doing the job as requested, go for it. The pay isn't bad for entry level phone work, but the job is changing all the time, so it keeps you on your toes.
