What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Multiband?

Working at Multiband as a Dispatch Tracker is the worst job I have ever had. Everyone is constantly being criticized and yelled at and then the next moment they apologize. The apology is nice but when it happens over and over again something is definitely wrong and not easily forgotten - and you have to deal with this for $8.00 an hour. They also routinely inappropriately call several people in the office at the same time and write you up for things you didn't even do. They have a huge turnover and it's no wonder.
