If you like working for a bunch of family members who have connections to the owner then this is the place to work. Management is all nepotism and if you don't know someone you are screwed. I also had to work for a racist, egomaniac, micro-manager in the field name David Devoe. We were lucky to not get hurt or killed while working in very dangerous situtions that didn't have to be but David Devoe and Doug Tomlinson would make us work under extremely dangerous circumstances which didn't have to happen. I don't recommend working for this company.
