How does National City stack up against the competition?

National City is in the process of laying off many many many people in certain departments. The work is being sent to India for processing. This will be an ongoing trend due to the fact that for the last four years National City has been creating the "pipeline" to move the documents while still complying with the new patriot act.
Much of the work is being automated and Centralized in their corporate offices in Cleveland, leaving little room for employees in other areas
Some departments will have to stay, but my guess is that within the next five years, National City, while maintaining the lion's share of banking and mortgage business, will employ very few Americans...at least in America

National City is a sweat shop here in Cleveland. They want you to work to death for little or no pay. They want you to bend over backwards to accommodate them but won't even allow you to go to the bathroom. They don't care if you have a family or not. It's all about making money for NCB. Not to mention their supervisors act like they are god and you are low life scum. The supervisors bark orders like we are mental idiots. This is not a career oriented environment. Best bet if for the pay they offer you'd be better off at McDonalds.
