They call you and tell you a minor description of the job you applied. Then they send you a link for two online tests. One is your background: they will ask your social security number, driver's license number, date of birth, complete name, address, education, work experience, every detail. You can't go to the next screen without filling out all the boxes.
Important Information: The Application Station is owned by the Background Investigation Group and is used to collect information from you that may be used in any applicable criminal/credit checks. Not all information required may be used in your specific background check. When you have completed all information required, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions and give your permission for any applicable background investigations. After you have provided all your information and signed the release authorizations, you will have the opportunity to read through your information to verify accuracy prior to clicking on the submit button. Once you have submitted the information, you will be able to print a copy, but you will no longer be able to make changes.
Second part, is the taking the computer assessment test. From what I remember, it will ask you for typing, customer service test. The customer service test consist of you listening to calls. And, fill out the information on the screen. Never press the repeat button. Or the pause button. Try to find the customer name quickly with the info you have. It will make a search like the internet and find possible customers. You just choose what it seems the right customer. They will have on your right side the possible answers. You press, and the computer will read out the answer in the right tone. By, the customer response you know you got it right. Or you think you did.
