It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Navy Federal Credit Union? Any advice on striking the right note? |

You go in, and fill out an essay and some questions about your record/past. Then you sit with the interviewers. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. I got major kudos for knowing all about the company. Just go to their website, look at their history, their current assets and member info, and what services they offer. They're going to ask you about your best qualities and what your previous employer would say about you. Be confident, crack a small joke if possible, just be yourself and want the job. It never hurts to ask for it at the end, either. |

Hi Johnny are you currenlty employed with this company? If so how has your experience been with them thus far? |
