No, getting a job there has nothing to do with military affiliation. Jobs are posted online and you can view them by going to www.navyfcu.org and clicking on the link "careers" that is currently at the top of the homepage. Fill out everything you can when you apply and set up your profile, and distinguish yourself the same as you would applying for a job normally. You must be an honest person with leadership potential or at least self-motivation and a good work ethic to do well.
