What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does NCO stack up against the competition? |

I could not tell you how bad these people look when they come to work, the excessive profanity they use, drinking on the job, fights at work and former employees circling the parking lot issuing threats. Checks were late at one site and the police were called six times in one afternoon due to the threats that were issued and former employees refusing to leave. All senior management sees is $$$$$$$$$$$ and ass |

UAs would be a waste of money they should spend the money and get better recruiters hired instead of the ones they have now. If they replaced that team i bet half of the drug users would not get hired in the first place. for all we know the recruiting department and manager may be in on the drug activity and that is why they let these people get hired. |

I too used to work at NCO, but my comments are a little different. First of all, every job is about a hustle; even the ones that are above and below NCO. If you do your job you will get paid. If half of you came to work on time and the other half stop sleeping with the employees you would be able to do your jobs. When are you going to realize that life is about a hustle. If it wasn't for not taking drug test the majority of you wouldn't even have a damn job. You go to work because you either have bills, children, or just trying to live better or all three. That is the only thing that matters. The only reason why you are so upset is because you let it get to you. For the people who still work there, keep your head up because when you are going to need help none of these ex employees will help you. |
