What is the management like?

Please let me know about the professionalism that is maintain in this company .....very curious

Ive been there about six months and I like it and havent had any issues. Mngt is pretty good, they try to keep the job fun. Like anywhere you are going to have complainers who say crap. I was at twc and hated it.

I have read all of the comments on this site and find them very silly. I have worked at this place over 1 1/2 years and have found that either most of the stuff on this site hasnt happened or is very exaggerated. The big bosses come out and see how we are doing and talk to us because we matter. Disgruntalled ex-employees should focus on how to keep their existing job and be good at it, current employees that are unhappy should find a way to make it a better place to work. All companies have issues from time to time where a check may be late or incorrect. This has happened to me and the managment team came to me and told me before payday. the issue was resolved just as they said. it was inconvenient, but they did take care of it like they said. the stories of people doing drugs and sleeping around are dumb, and i bet you wont find anyone to back it up, cause it aint happening. I read about a manager that hasnt been here in over a year as if she is still here. my supervisor has been helping me to get to the next level, I attend managment prep classes, and guess what, I go to work every day I am supposed to, and do my job. I should be a supervisor before the end of the year. For that I get to win contests and have seen people win laptop computers, tvs and PS3s. I have been to best of the best 3 times and will go again. i bet the people who talk down the place dont. I enjoy my job, for anyone who doesnt, go quit and make burgers until you hate that job, or move up to the fries, then go find another that pays the same. Me, I am going to do what I gotta do to get ahead and leave all these haters in the dust... See ya at McDonalds. Good chance you will be counting my change when I buy my next big mac... and the change better be right.
