Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at NCO?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

This place is ghetto ...........it use to be a good company then the company lost a lot of good leaders from management to supervisors that kept the company going.....now its being run to the ground by [name removed] and staff

The company is a lot like Highschool.You have your in crowd and out crowd.The only thing that is different this place puts out in H.R and management.

Want a adventure.......want to know if you will be able to make it to your car with out being jack after you leave the front door of NCO..But dont worry the security officer wont do anything and humble police or local police officer wont show up for asst because of a juristicion issue.....and if you want your car vandalized from car window being broken into -car stereo being stolen.And you want to catch the suspect ,dont depend on the sophiscated monitoring system NCO has because it does not work .......not to mention there supposedly background check on people is a joke.I had 7 people in my training class that was just released from prison and out on parole from aggravated assault to rape charges.....(and im not exagerating this really did happen )this job is more than a adventure its a survival to pay day ........And this is no joke ..........

I feel you.Even back when it was MCI or RMh same building same staff on 1960 and aldine westefield.My friends dad was jacked in the parking lot and he was stabbed and security wouldnt help and all security did was locked the door and watched everything that happened and the cops wouldnt show up for assitant because of the zoning......Some company that is why i quit and i have friends that work there now and they say that its still the same ......the biggest thing was when these 2 ****** had a fight on the cs floor and one of them was pregnant.......this place i ssomething else

If you want to see the true colors of your management team........go there event call club .......its wheb the top 10% performers get recognized which is nice but its after wards....I was at the event and [Names removed] the general manager was hitting all on me and he wouldnt leave me alone.Some of teh other girls were getting harrased as well and when we complained our sups laughed and said dont worry bout it drink up and have a good time........some company ,the only place were sexual harrasment is soooo huge and nothing gets done bout it ..........and that is just the event at work it even worse.......the men there think they are gods gift to women and always throwing line and comments an dits frustrating no women needs this

I worked for this company in humble texas for 3 months.Then i was assaulted in the restroom by a man that worked in geek squad.I went to complain to my manager who was [Name removed] and all she did was said she was on it.Need less to say nothing happened and HR didnt do anything.I was told by {name removed]and a couple of other sups to get over it.I quit because i didnt feel safe and i was getting harrassed by other rep on the floor.As a women ,this company with be little you in a heart beat.I had only 1 sup that try to talk to management and then he was placed on a grave yard shift then a month later he was fired.Seems like when someone speaks out they always disapear

Linda- Stop lying. I know that the culture in that company was not the best. It has fallen very far from the days that it was run by MCI Management. Alot of the same people are still there but have lost their way. However, Linda...you are lying when you say that you told me that you were assaulted in the bathroom by a man. I am not here to defend anyone else. But when you blantantly enter my name in a forum 8 days ago and I have not worked for that company in over a year that is where I have to step in. I would like to believe that I was a different type of person the the individuals that I worked with. I assumed that was the case, since many of my former agents still contact me and have also used me as a reference and a gateway to other jobs. Once again, I am not here to change anyone's mind about the company. I will say that there are some very good people that still work there and that care about their employees. If you don't feel that this is the case, then you should definitely not remain employed there. No one wants to work with a unhappy co-worker, nor does anyone want to work in a company that makes them unhappy.

Why do you feel you have to defend your self?Probably because you feel guilty.And besides we all know why you were fired from H.R.

as you can see from teh hiring they are doing.They have a very high turn around rate.A average reps stays with teh company no more than 3-6 month then they quit.The company is not worth the time to invest in.My best advice ,save your time paper and dont apply to NCO.

I dont know how this company is still standing after everything it webt through.One thing for sure they know how to work the hell out of the reps with out giveing the benfit.The last manger [name removed] was a big joke.She was a manger that cater only to her own kind and if you didnt kiss her ass you didnt get ahead.Once they booted her out of the company it was lik ethey replced her with [name removed] as a manager who is another joke.She went from time warner because she was busted by [name removed] wife to go to time warner only to be on som enew management jock.This is the culture of the company.If you want to get ahead spread your legs and it will happen because it is definetly not about skills or education.
