Average salaries: within industry range; bonuses: forget it unless you are an upper exec; travel requirements: double whatever they tell you in the interview; what DID I like best: money; perks or special treats: lots of backslapping, hamburger lunches and talk about how wonderful everything is, but not much more. People are friendly but don't get to close to anyone, lots of backstabbing and turnover. First time you make a mistake you are out. NO retention policy and as I saw when I was there, no forgiveness to anyone.
