Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Newell Rubbermaid? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Newell Rubbermaid? |

They typically are the example of business casual. Most of the time they are wearing khakis and collared shirts. You don't ever see jeans and t-shirts in the office area. Usaully you will see a lot of Rubbermaid and Newell clothing on the staff. |

Tim, not true. It really depends on local office. The Atlanta HQ is business casual. Golf shirts or dress shirts with no ties. The Hunt Valley Maryland office, it jeans, tennis shoes and golf shirts. I've worn shorts a few times. The Chicago Sanford and the Huntersville North Carolina (Rubbermaid & Irwin)also have business casual dress. VP's only wear dress shirts and no ties. Mainly all the guys wear golf shirts. The Weston Florida office (Latin America HQ) is very casual as well. |
