Do you work at Nhs Human Services? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I currently work for NHS Eastern Region. I was referred to this company by a friend and have been working there for 2 years. The only advice I would try to give to any newcomers it stay positive and dont wear your heart on your sleeve because some of this staff can be ruthless.

Don't waste your time. These people called me the day after I submitted my resume. They Wanted an in person interview asap. The interview went well. They offered me the job on the spot. The HR person called me within an hour and made me a verbal offer including a start date. Told me to watch my email for the written offer. Kind of gave the impression it was coming quickly. Weeks later, nothing. I'm OK not getting hired, but don't act like you're in a rush to hire me, then disappear. At the very least, they could have made a call. Wouldn't work for a company with this type of non-ethical behavior.
