Screening practices...

I am conducting statistical research on screening practices of corporations in the USA.
Are there any current or past employees of A.C. Nielsen or Nielsen Media Research who are familiar with the standard procedures of screening employees of the said companies?
Has anyone experienced a drug screening of any sort, such as:
-Urine analysis
-Hair sample
-Oral swabbing
Were these test conducted prior to employment and/or during employment.

No there were no such screenings prior to my hire date or thereafter.

I applied about 2 yrs ago and was drug tested by urine method before they would even let me start training.

I've worked in the Radcliff call center and when I started there were no kind of tests. They've just recently, about 11/07, started running back ground checks for new employees. For employees seeking new positions within the call center they have been doing the checks for some time. They do not currently do drug tests, but rumor has it, they'll start doing them sometime this year.
