Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Nilfisk-advance Group?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Nilfisk-advance Group?

Management and Team Leads are very cliquey, unsupportive and lacking in their knowledge of the job. There's a huge divide between the "big" people and "little" people at Nilfisk. Huge turn-overs, current employees struggle daily with heavy and stressful work loads and this company fires many employees as they view their staff as disposible and replaceable. Management will praise you for a job well done one day and report you to HR the next, for any issue, big or small. Human Resources works for the management and "big" employees of the company offering little support or concern for the "little" people. A lot of unhappy employees and fake smiles. If you can always keep your eyes straight ahead, offer little to no opinions and/or feedback and if you're okay with the feeling of your self-worth, pride and dignity being compromised then this would be a fine company to work for but if not then apply else where.
Business casual and jeans on Fridays. Happy Hours are had amongst the employees but Team Leads and Management don't mix with the employees and they have their own Holiday parties, Happy Hours etc....the little employees don't trust any of the big ones so a group Happy Hour would be uncomfortable and phoney at best.
It's a company where all the great employees leave or are fired and all the bad stay longer than you can stand to work with.
