Help with status?

I applied for several position at NGC, and currently have several "Hiring Manager Reviews."

To make my story short, I noticed that one of the status went from "Hiring Manager Review" to "Interview" about a week ago. Of course, I got excited, thinking that I would be hearing from the HR department. However, since then I haven't heard back. I am just tired of waiting...

What's going on? Is hiring process really slow at NGC?

I interviewed over a month ago for a Network Engineer 2 position and the hiring manager seemed to really like me and my resume. My interview was so relaxed and more like a forum discussion between me and his peers. My question is when I go to the NGC website to check my status it still states "Interview" even after a entire month and I haven't heard anything from the recruiter. Has any one ever experienced this??? What is the status of a person that was selected on the website?? Can anyone give me advice??

I also recently had this happen to me for a job position out in Palmdale, CA. About how long did it take before they contacted you for the interview?
