I am currently doing a comparison study on a number of IT consulting firms in the DC area i.e. SAIC, EDS, BAH,Lockheed etc.

I need some info on NG IT division. Does anyone have any info on job / employee levels (e.g. general titles, role, # of levels), associated pay structure, culture, training programs provided, amount of tuition reimbursement, how is someone promoted........

Any info would be helpful, thanks in advance
