interested in sioux city in Sioux City, Iowa 18 months ago |
Hi. I've applied at the call center here in Sioux City, had a very good telephone interview and have a face-to-face interview on Monday. The phone interview seemed very interested on my ability to learn new things and impliment them, as well as experience dealing with customers (both of which I have in spades). I also mentioned my experience in computers. Right now, I've taken the initiative and gotten some written references to take to the f2f, including from fellow employees, some distributors I dealt with at work, and even a couple of customers. I've seen the comments in the Flight Attendent thread about how at the f2f you were told at the end if you had it. Does anyone have any experience with the Call center type of process? Believe me, my background check is clean and drug test would be cleaner yet. Or any thoughts from experienced employees on what my chances could be? many thanks :) |

When I started with NWA in 1989 it was a one on one interview and then asked to go to DTW the next day for a drug test.
