We will respect everyone's culture. Every company has its own rules and regulations. "Respect" is the key word.

Respecting everyone's culture gets translated into everybody having to put up with poor behavior from anyone from any minority. Any comment on the persons poor behavior will quickly get you treated as a racist for not respecting the culture that tolerates poor behavior. It is quite a sideshow.
