Do you work at Novelty Inc.? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

I been trying to get in for six months , have gotten no reply yet
have route sales experience in convinience stores , so whats the secret ??

I interviewed there in July with the President - Todd Green for a senior level position. After many phone calls and ignored e-mails - I gave up. Not even the courtesy of acknowledging any of my requests for feedback. I gave up - who would want to work for rude people like that?

I got hired on by Novelty in May worked a week and got laid off. They lost a big account. That's the nature of the business.

You do not want to waste your time with this company! Todd Green is a horrible business man and even a more horrible boss. He treats his employees unfairly and the morale there is aweful!!! Worst company I have ever worked for!!!
