What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

NVR continues to layoff employees. As of 11/5/08 they are conducting yet another layoff with expected staff reductions of 20%. Like all other builders the business is unstable and continued employment should not be expected. It is amazing that they continue to advertise available positions.
