Do you work at Oakley? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

I have extensive retail experience in the menswear industry. I have applied for 6 different positions within Oakley ranging from retail management to warehouse repackaging. On all occassions I received a "we regret to inform you..." response. How does a person get an interview with Oakley ?
