Office Max Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Office Max?

Any advice on striking the right note?

1. How would you handle an angry customer with a lot of demands?
2. Describe a situation where you had to resistance your intuition.
3. what has been you greatest accomplishments and why?
4. describe a business that has excellent Customer service and why you think so?
5. Describe your greatest accomplishment as a team in school or previous job.
6. Overall just try to be yourself and give honest and well thought answers.

"In the past, how have you, or someone you've known, handled a customer shoplifting?"

The interview process at Office Max is 3 separate interviews.
The first was a phone interview where I was asked:

Tell me about your past job experience.
Give me an example where you instituted safety measures at a previous job.
Give me an example of a mistake you made in your previous position and how you learned from it.
Give me an example of how you handled an irate customer in the past.

The second interview was in person with my potential manager.
I was asked about all of my previous employment experience, and asked "why should we hire you?"

Im going in for the third interview next week.
The first phone interview was by far more difficult. They really put you on the spot.
