Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at OfficeMax?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

Over worked, underpaid, and then laid off. Other than that it's great.

work work work, under-payed, work work work. Execs and upper management do not care about sales people's lives or career. This is not just my bias opinion but after many in-depth discussions with over a dozen people in multiple markets. So much to talk about this subject...maybe another day.
