Isnt it time that we change our laws to prevent companies from getting tax breaks for taking their business overseas? Halliburton is now moving to DuBai. D Pinehurst FL in Tampa, Florida 62 months ago	Actually, President Carter signed the agreement for China to get importing rights and he gave it to them unconditionally. Now, our pets and our children are in danger from wheat products and lead in the toys. Ross Pero (forget how to spell his name) pushed for free trade and companies being allowed to use overseas persons. I know I worked for one of 600 companies here in the states that only function is to get contracts with US companies to close call centers, IT and such here and open them up in the Phillipines, Mexico, India, China, Russian, & the UK. I don't agree with our present President but he didn't do this, it was done before he got into office.
