Need advice regarding Temp Agency

I had a Temp agency contact me regarding a position that I was very interested in. She is not good with communication and I have to continue to call and call to get her to respond to me. She tells me oh I am sorry I forgot. She never told me the name of or address of the hiring company, said if they wanted a interview she would give me the details. So she emails and says they want to interview and she will forward the name and address. This is on Wednesday @ 4:00 in the afternoon and the interview is Friday @ 8:30am. Did not receive anything on Wednesday so I called and got voice mail, left a message, then emailed and called back later on with no reply. She emails me at 9 pm on Thursday night with the name and address of the company which I did not get until Friday morning after I missed the interview. Is it wrong to contact the hiring company and apologize for this or should I let it go?
