you send the online resume, of which they don't read and you have to re-do once you are there -
then once there (on the pretense of the pre-screen interview) you have to take tests supposedly authorized by MSN that are ambiguous and demeaning especially when you are applying for a 'senior' level spot.
THe 'pro' then asks you questions on accreditations and I doubt they are even certified HR people.
I went against my better judgement - - but stay clear - think of this - why would a company pay an agency an exorbitant fee (can be upwards to 30% of your salary) when they can post on a job board (even post anonymously) for a lot cheaper - -
these people are nothing more than insensitive morons waiting for 'prey'
