Then again, their CEO preaches that management should specifically hire the young. This statement was made public in, I beleive Forbes or CEO Magazine in the middle of the current recession. In the same article he went on to stress healthly employees (the guy's obese) hence the extremely poor benefits. I'm not sure why anyone would take a job with such poor benefits. Especially someone with a family. Huge deductibles, enormous out of pocket nd then partial percentage coverage. It can realistically lead you to financial ruin if you get sick.
Poor communication, poor decision making. Remember this starts at the top.
They do not like individual minds, they foster an environment of blind loyalty with corporate rallies (attendance mandatory) at year end. Robotic indeed.
