Once you have been scheduled for an interview, you will meet with a senior recruiter who are always looking for qualified candidates. Dress business casual meaning no jeans. The recruiter will ask you questions about your job experience, why you left previous companies, what your goals are, etc. They will also want to know what customer service and sales experience you have. If you don't have sales experience, they will want to know what you think the characteristics or abilities of a successful sales person are. If you respond that a successful sales person has to have excellent product knowledge, sounds confident and is personable, provides the features and benefits of their products, asks the customer good probing questions to find out what their wants and needs are, and makes good solid recommendations, you will show that you completely understand what a great sales person is.
