I interviewed last week for an HR position. I'm not real sure how it went for them. I interviewed with 4 team members. Mostly the HR director and the lady that had the position now open interviewed me. They basically went over my resume job by job and asked my 2 things I really liked to do and 2 things I didn't really like to do in my previous job history. They asked me to tell them a little bit about myself, I hate that question. I never know what to say. They asked me to tell a little about a boss I liked to work for. I described a past boss that I initially didn't think I'd like to work for because he was blunt, up front, demanding, etc etc. They giggled, so I assumed the HR manager was exactly like that. I told them that we finally found a common ground and worked well together. I was told by my staffing company later that they were happy with the interview, but were going to interview some more candidates.
