Wondering what would be a better field to get into? I recently retired from the military and was never in any healthcare field so I'm not familiar with the job market for either. From this forum it seems that x-ray tech does not have a good outlook on the job market - is that true? I'm going back to school and trying to decide which one to pursue. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated. |

yes it is true do not go into Radiology..there are no jobs and it has been like that for ten years. The reason being it is saturated. Too many schools are opened up with that major graduating more students than jobs. I would do nursing or PT. |
