It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Pamida?

There are 3 steps to interviewing with Pamida. Depending on your experience level, you may be contacted without applying. If this happens, your first interview is with a headhunter/recruiter from the HR department with the company. If you applied for a position at the management level, you will start with the store manager where you applied.
After passing the first interview, you move on to the store manager then the DSM.

When speaking to a Pamida recruiter, keep a smile on your face while answering questions. Some will come to the interview with a set of questions while others will 'wing' it on a feeling. Be honest and talk about your positives as well as what you did for the previous company you worked for.

Pamida is a people company. Friendly and warm. I was not intimadated at all during the interview process.
