It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Party City?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Did you get the job? If so, I wish you much success, as I was trying to get an interview for another job opportunity and kept seeing it posted month after month after month that I just simply gave up. I knew that I was more than qualified, but thought that it was my salary expectation that might have caused them to look elsewhere.

I interviewed for this position I have 18 years in the retail business, The manager didnt even act like he had time for me, The interview was 20 minutes behind scheduled which was fine, but he was in such a hurry that I couldnt even try to sell myself, and by the way they only pay $7.00 to $8.00 an hour.I guess I didnt get the job of course I wanted more money that that. But good luck to anyone if thats what you want to make.....

party city on look for certain people as a employee you have to smile and jump around and clap your hands make them think you are in it to win it but they don't really promote from the inside so if you want to be a non management pt or ft person you to this is for you
