You are too young for a company to hire, including freelance work. You could possibly get a job as a baby sitter if you are mature enough.

some employers will start hiring at 14. A few restaurants will hire you part time but most will say to come back when you're older. Mowing lawns is a good business you could get into if you can get access to a lawn mower. Lots of people either can't or don't want to be bothered with mowing their own. If you like animals, dog-walking is an easy way to make some cash too. If you want to know how much you can charge for anything in your area, just check the newspaper and phone book and call the people that are doing it and ask them how much they would charge you. ( pretend you are a potential customer ) Then charge a bit less.
