Typical day is that you are overworked and underpaid and the managers could not give a hoot about you. When you get fired they get bigger bonuses. YES, that's right, the Branch Managers get bigger bonuses when they overwork you and don't hire more than 1 person to do a job that requires 4 people. How is that for company culture? The 100 best places to work for thing is a scam and they scope out exactly who they are going to send that survey to and they know beforehand how the survey will come back. Do not work here. Also, this company is full of racists.

Company culture can only be described as "up tight". Dress code is STRICTLY professional. Men actually wear a suit coat to walk from their office to the bathroom!!!

The is no "joy" here. You will not hear a single note of music (even in the cafeteria!). Employees are not even allowed to use their cell phones in the hall way while on break!
