Be honest. They will hire you most of the timme on the spot. It is commision ONLY and the most expensive window there is! Their actual cost for a single family home is 7 - 10 K, they charge $25K and up. You are NOT guaranteed a sale or a paycheck and it is very high pressure sales.

Here is what it costs YOU to work for them
50,000 miles per year in driving YOU pay for the gas
cell phone...your expense GPS system..your expense
MUST be able to memorize 2 page scripts OVERNIGHT or your fired...miss a day of work...your fired
mandatory 6 day workweek...sometimes 8AM till 11PM
