What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does Pep Boys Auto stack up against the competition?

Well I will never buy anything there again..a $30 rebate is all it took to lose my business...its not even the money..I am tired of rebate scams..if you have no plans on honoring then do not offer it...I would have bought the gps anyways but now I am pissed and will never step foot in there store again....and I will pass on my opion to people I know who might shop there.

They are losing money by shooting themselves in the foot due to poor parts quality and because they don't pay the employees enough to give a s**t, in the end they will go down, nobody gets layed off probably because they don't stick around but I've noticed many stores closing. Because once you're in, you immediately find that you want out-they are always hiring.
