I would never work for Pespico again. The HR manager needs to get off her high horse. I now work for Coca-Cola and I love it. The company really cares about there employees. |

Pepsico doesnt really care about their employees unless you are willing to kiss. All they look at is numbers I know of people that were fired because the numbers werent met but the were the best for the job. The ones that needed to go find another job they would cover them. I bent over backwards for them but I was looked at as a bad employee because I was willing to stand up to them for doing things wrong. Not working there is the best I have my life back. |

Jim in Novi, Michigan is true. After I got layoff from them, one of the group manger told his employees in his meeting that those laid off employees were fired. Frito Lay needed to give $$$ (a few billion dollars after uncle sam) to pepsico and they tried to find a way to cut cost and laid people off. I cared that company so much at that time that I did not see my children growing up. noone |
