I was wondering if anybody has ever recieved a letter of recommendation from PetSmart.I was laid off due to surgery. I then ask for a recommendation my manager said H.R. wont allow this.

I received a recommendation letter from PetSmart, despite my feelings about the company. Your manager was either being dishonest or misinformed.
