My husband is considering applying for a job as a store manager. What is the company like to work for? How do they treat their store managers? What are salaries and benefits like? Thank you!

Benefits are decent. Which management position? The main store manager makes decent money. Petsmart has lots of department managers. They do open the jobs up to the outside public but usally go with a inside hire. low to mid 50's starting not including a bonus.
