Poorly Trained Managers

I worked for PetSmart for four years, during that time I saw sick and injured pets discarded like trash. I reported problems to management and the corporate "care line". I transferred stores worked in the PetsHotel, more mistreatment of boarded animals. Called corporate begged them to do something. They fired one manager, but left the remainder of a poorly trained management team. After that I was bullied by the remaining managers, working the closing shift and then opening the next day. Given less staff on shifts that I worked; without breaks. Associates that were going to college, were demoted and their hours cut to less than 16hrs per week. I finally resigned in disgust, do not work for PetSmart it is a waste of your time and talent.
