Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Pfl Biotech Services?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Pfl Biotech Services?

Not a good work at home job! Pay rate is per minute and you only get to talk a few minutes per hour which equals to far less than minimum wage. They over hire and thus overstaff their shifts cutting down on the minutes per hour that you talk. It is very difficult to get shifts due to their scheduling process and the amount of Independent contractors they keep hiring. Since you are an independent contractor there are no benefits. Very boring call center work. Only get paid once a month. Again, you average about 1/2 minimum wage!!! Hard work, especially just trying to get shifts, for no money!! Turn over rate is very high once people see how hard it is to get shifts and the amount of money they make.

This company also goes by the name of Patient Star LLC. BAD company to work for. Less than minimum wage since it is only paid per minute. High turnover rate. Company over hires and overstaffs cutting down your chances of accumulating many talk minutes per hour. VERY difficult to schedule shifts due to large amount of staff they hire and their scheduling process is terrible!!
