The culture here is brutal. You can say goodbye to ever seeing your friends and family again, you'll be working days, nights, and weekends and you'll be expected to be on call 24/7, all for market pay. There's even a sense of "pride" when upper managers boast about how they worked all weekend or haven't been home in days - a common topic in the hallways. The threat of employee turnover is constant so stress is at a very high level here! On the plus side, there's a lot of catering and you can always find "leftovers" somewhere for lunch. Because of the long hours, many departments have refrigerators and closets stocked with snacks and drinks, and they conveniently have showers available for those all-nighters. There is no dress code as far as I can tell.
