Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at PharMerica?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at PharMerica?

Positives:
Excellent wages benefits and work environment. Pharmacy manager fair and honest. Frequent team building/educational lunches. Management focus is on patient care. Employees are encouraged to do whatever it takes to make sure patient has medication. Multiple long term employees reflect this.
Negatives:
Focus on patient takes extra time and effort and cost which has negative impact on business at contract renewal. Can be disheartening when customers leave for cheaper priced "service".

Not sure what Pharmerica you worked for but Pharmerica Management seems to promote full-time employee to be hostile towards others with no punishment

This is just one comment I found on Indeed regarding Pharmerica there are several more .

Hostile environment due to management ignorance/retaliation/intimidation tactics
Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee), san antonio tx – June 11, 2015
Pros: by the time I left there were noneCons: terrible management, terrible HR, don't value employees, poor training, favoritism
High turnover rate with all staff but mainly management therefore policies constantly change, favoritism by management, don't value employees, corporate & HR do nothing to help technicians when needed, when they want to get rid of someone they use intimidation tactics and belittling to force you to quit, poor training it's either sink or swim
