Stay away from these guys, the owners will paint a picture of what you want to hear, but they will not stand up to their pledges. Stories of their mis-deeds and unsavory behavior abound. Unbridled egos with bad manners du Gaul. Quoting customers X $/lb then reneiging because they can't cover their own costs, using fake manifests to obtain lower rates from carriers, pressuring employees to cut corners on govmnt regs, threatening those who will not do their cons, the list goes on. As an hourly or clerical job - it's run of the mill for a second job. But as a career, run don't walk to the nearest exit. Don't count on training or learning new I/T despite what they claim. Ask if they have ever been fined by the government; insist that any bonus promises, commission agreements or relo packages be in writing with your attorney's approval. Be prepared to fight for months to get release of your 401K when you leave. There are many quality firms out there, the flaming chicken is certainly not one of them. |

Obviously a disgruntled employee with nothing to offer. The comments on quoting and reneiging are not only illegal but just not true. This is one of the fastest growing most respected companies in America. Check it out among the best companies to work for in Chicago! |
