Just keep trying, I know it's hard but you may get a better job!!! I know it's frustrating that you work so hard and your friends get in. Just keep putting in applications, one day they will hire you!!

If your friends got the job without any educational background, that should give you a red flag. Be careful working for this company they talk the talk but does not walk the walk.
